Account data: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and any information you provide during setup (company name, designation, phone number).
Contact data: Business card scans and contacts you add manually, including names, emails, phone numbers, company details, and any notes or follow-up information.
Usage data: Information about how you interact with the app — pages visited, features used, scan frequency, and device/browser information.
Images: Business card photos and documents you upload are stored securely and used solely to extract contact information via AI. Images are not used to train AI models.
Integration data: If you connect third-party services (HubSpot, WhatsApp, Meta, Zoho), we store encrypted access tokens to enable syncing. We only access the minimum data required.
API usage data: If you use the Beyond Lead Public API, we log API key usage, request timestamps, and endpoint access for security and billing purposes.
Webhook data: Webhook endpoints and event payloads you configure are stored to enable real-time event delivery to your systems.

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Neon (PostgreSQL) in the United States and Vercel (global CDN). Business card images are stored on Vercel Blob Storage. All integration credentials and API keys are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage.
We implement industry-standard security measures including: TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest for sensitive fields, secure authentication via Clerk, role-based access controls, and regular security audits.
However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

If you use the Beyond Lead Public API or configure webhooks, please note:
We retain your account and contact data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Uploaded business card images may be retained for up to 90 days after deletion to allow for dispute resolution, then permanently removed. API logs are retained for 12 months.
Beyondvision Innovations LLP is based in India. Your data may be processed and stored in the United States (Neon, Vercel, Clerk) and other countries. Where required by law, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
